In the Name of the King: A Dungeon Siege Tale is a fantasy film directed by Uwe Boll and is rated PG-13 for intense battle sequences.

In the Name of the King is based off the popular video game, Dungeon Siege. It follows a heroic farmer (Jason Statham) who gets caught up in a

war between King Konraid (Burt Reynolds), his nephew Duke Fallow (Matthew Lillard), and the evil wizard Gallian (Ray Liotta). When his wife(Claire Forlani) is kidnapped by the Krugs, he persues them until they lead him to a huge underground lair of enslaved humans, started by Gillian. There’s also a noble wizard named Merick ...

      • (John Rhys-Davis)who is the King’s confidant and healer and his daughter (Leelee Sobieski).

In the Name of The King is easily one of the worst movies I’ve seen in a long time. Never have I seen such a vast and talented group of cast members make such a horrible film. I’m sure its not

their fault though considering German director Uwe Boll is easily the worst director of all time. The special effects were really cheesy and the action sequences weren’t exciting at all.

I recommend everyone stay as far away from this piece of cinema trash as possible. There were really no good points in this movie at all.
