The Marine, directed by John Bonito is rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for intense sequences of violent action, sensuality and language. The original release date was October 13, 2006 for United States audience. This movie falls in the genre of Action/Drama/Thriller and stars John Cena as John Triton,

Robert Patrick as Rome and Kelly Carlson as Kate Triton.

John’s wife is kidnapped after a group of criminals killed two police officers and took their vehicle as a means of escape. Now John must do all he can to retrieve his wife before the worst happens. And that is the nature of ...

      • the movie…nothing more, nothing less.

The chase last for the majority of the movie, with a few stops here and there. The bad guys are just holding John’s wife as a hostage, but little did they know that by holding her, they are asking for more trouble than they are willing to deal

        with.

While not one of the greatest films in the vault, this movie is still quite entertaining as I must admit, it kinda held me for a while there. Given a better plot and leading man, this could have been a very interesting movie. But apart from all its downfalls, it’s an C type movie.
