I like to watch Tom and Jerry and this one of my favourite episodes. This episode is entitled push-button kitty and it starts off with Tom relaxing right next to Jerry’s mouse hole while he sneaks out and comes back with a piece of cheese while the owner alerts Tom to the incident happening. Well Tom is so happy that he just watches Jerry go along with the cheese and does nothing.

This is where it gets interesting…the doorbell rings and a mail man drops

off a package for a new mechanical wonder, a robotic cat named Mechano! Well Tom laughs at this mechanical cat and is soon put to shame when he catches Jerry in a split second and throws him out the window. Tom’s owner laughs hysterically as Tom grabs his little sack of stuff and leaves.

The rest is up to Jerry now…he wants to get back inside and tries a variety of ways to make it back to his mouse hole but fails thanks to Mechano!

      • Jerry finally comes up with a full proof way to confuse Mechano, after all he is a machine. Jerry let’s free four mechanical mice and Mechano goes wild trying to catch them. The owner comes downstairs after hearing all the ruckus and has to run away from Mechano as he is chasing a mouse which is somehow following her!

The owner of Mechono now screams for Tom who comes inside just in time to witness Mechano breaking into pieces! But he is so amused

he has his mouthwide open and the controlling board from Mechano flies straight into his mouth and down his stomach. Now we all know how cartoons are made…while Tom’s owner is expressing joy that she has Tom back Jerry turns on the controller and Tom is transformed into a living Mechano! He them goes chasing after one of the mechanical mice that Jerry let lose and is making just as much of a mess as Mechano did…

It was a pretty funny episode overall, but I’ve seen funnier.
