Twilght is the first of three books by Stephanie Meyer about Bella and Edward Cullen and their twisted fate.

This is a love story between a used-to-be ordinary girl and a member of a “vegetarian” vampire family(they don’t drink human blood, just animals), struggling to be a vampire in modern times, trying to be as ordinary by

participating in regular activities, like going to school and being an ER doctor, and how she, Bella, a human, figured in the middle of all this.

This is “Interview With the Vampire” made for teenagers. Less of the bloody stuff and more of the struggles of wanting to fit in. The story telling is simple and ...

      • easy, letting the readers flow with it with very little difficulty.

If you want to read this book, do not expect a cerebral exercise. It’s no Da Vinci Code, and it doesn’t pretend to be. But I will suggest it for those who have just started reading, or those who wants to be entertained. The story

is certainly with flaws but as I said, it’s made to entertain, so just enjoy it. It is a novel I think will be more popular with teenagers and young adults.

It’s already been made into a movie, set to be shown in December 2008.
