Honey, directed by Bille Woodruff is rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for drug content and some sexual references. The original release date was December 5, 2003 for United States audience. This movie falls in the genre of Drama/Music/Romance and stars Jessica Alba as Honey Daniels, Lil’ Romeo as Benny, Mekhi Phifer as Chaz, David Moscow as Michael Ellis, Zachary Williams as Raymond and Joy Bryant as Gina. Special Apperance

      by Missy Elliot.

Honey is caught between a rock and a hard place. She is given an untimatum by her previous boss and mentor, to get her career off and moving in the direction that it should be, she must either have sexual relations with him or forever be blacklisted and never work in that area of entertainment ever again.

She declines is advances and takes her own life in her hands. She embarks to ...

      • prove to herself that she has what it takes to make it on her own without anyones assistance. And that she does.

Seeing her talent, she is offered to take the lead and do her own style of choreographed dancing for the people in the music industry.

Using that as her springboard to catapult herself into her own studio, she makes waves by accomplishing what she set her thoughts on. Much to the dismay of

others. Honey has big dreams and a bigger heart, and she will allow no one to come between her and what she loves.

This movie is sugary sweet and will lodge iyself in your sweet-tooth for the longhaul of the movie. Abit too sweet for me, but, that just me. It has an appeal all its own that will grab you to a certain extent. It’s not a great film, but it has character.
