    The program is designed to allow you to lose up to 20 pounds in 30 days. Unless you want to lose additional weight, you can stop the program after 30 days.

    After 30 days and still want to lose more weight, you can try her other exercise programs. After I did the 30-Day Shred, I proceeded with her Ripped in 30. I’m currently on Day 2 of the program. So far, so good.
