Rocky Balboa, directed by Sylvester Stallone is rated PG by the Motion Picture Association of America for boxing violence and some language. The original release date was December 20, 2006 for United States audience. This movie falls in the genre of Drama/Sport and stars Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa, Burt Young as Paulie, Antonio Tarver as Mason Dixon aka The Line, Geraldine Hughes as Marie,

Milo Ventimiglia as Robert Jr. and Talia Shire as Adrian.

Coming out of retirement to do one last fight, Rocky takes on the current reigning champion Mason Dixon to prove that he still has what it takes to fight with the new stars.

Was this movie really necessary? The whole Rocky theme is kinda dead and buried and now they dig it up and make a mockery ...

      • of the entire saga. Was it really worth it?

I guess Sly Stallone is so strapped for cash and recognition that he himself had to do the writing and directing of this terrible, terrible movie.

This movie didn’t do a thing for the previous ones, it only made a great stink and I can assure you that I will fade quickly away into the vast unknown of

the other badly made movies of our time.

I mean, c’mon, the dialog was beyond crap, the fight scenes were so fake it made my eyes water with disgust. Whoever it was that filled Stallone’s head with talk of doing this installation into the Rocky franchise deserves a slap across the face, unless it was Stallone himself who did it without any outside motivation.

        Am extremely dreadful movie…Dreadful!
