      Bottleguard sweet is very easy to prepare and is a very healthy recipe for both kids and adults. You just required daily used ingredients only. The procedure is as follows:


      Peeled and grated bottle guard: 1/2 cup milk: 1/2 cup sugar : 5 to 6 spoons as per taste salt: a pinch saagu daana -

      2 table spoons.

      rice powder - 1 spoon.

      green cardamom powder : a pinch

      Preparation: 1. Boil saagu daana in water until it cooks thoroughly. Keep this aside. While boiling saagu daana , see that it won’t catch the bottom. Better boil it in a thick bottomed bowl.

      • grated bottleguard and milk and boil it for 10 minutes. Stir occasonally.

        3. Now add sugar, green cardamom powder, salt and rice powder and mix thoroughly. see that all ingredients are mixed properly.

        4. Now add saagu daana paste and mix gently. Let it cook for 2 minutes.

        5. remove from the stove and cool it.


        Refrigerate and serve chilled. This sweet is more tasty only when it is regrigerated.

        Delicious sweet is ready. My kid is fond of this sweet. It is healthy also. Some children do not like to eat vegetables. In that case you can prepare this kind of sweets with vegetables and can give them. They eat this sweet as it is sugary and tasty.
