Washington Square Mall, Tigard, Oregon
  • I've never had a problem with a server at this location
  • The menu is one of the best parts of the restaurant
  • The portions are very large, the salads are great, the salmon is delicious, and everything is done in its own authentic origin (to an extent)
  • Many restaurants which offer such a diverse range of foods often specialize in none but, I've tried many options here and have never been disappointed
  • My most recent selection was the tiramisu cheesecake and I think its my new favorite

I have been to many Cheesecake Factory Restaurant locations. I recently dined at the Washington Square Mall location in Tigard/Beaverton, Oregon. It was great! The decor is inviting, pleasant, and even a bit grand with large glass sconces and tall, beautifully and whimsically painted ceilings. The service is great. I’ve never had a problem with a server at this location. Bread and butter is brought immediately. The menu is one of the best parts of the restaurant; it is extremely diverse. One could order anything from pizza and Italian to Mexican

to Asian to classic American. The portions are very large, the salads are great, the salmon is delicious, and everything is done in its own authentic origin (to an extent). Many restaurants which offer such a diverse range of foods often specialize in none but, I’ve tried many options here and have never been disappointed. A full bar with a decent wine selection is also available. I especially love the herb-crusted salmon (served with mashes potatoes and asparagus in a delectable lemon-creme sauce). What I had most recently was the stuffed ...

      • chicken quesadillas, served with black-beans and delicious corn cakes. It was a bit spicy and utterly delicious.

Of course, when talking about the cheesecake factory, one cannot forget to mention dessert! I’d recommend boxing up half you’re meal and saving room for their delicious cheesecake or perhaps getting a slice to go. I have tried several of their numerous cheesecakes (from snickers to white chocolate raspberry to peanut butter, etc.). My most recent selection was the tiramisu cheesecake and I think its my new favorite. It wasn’t too heavy as some

cheesecake can be and it had just the right amount of espresso…it was just to die for!

The only downsides I can think of is that its a bit pricey (although the food is delicious and the portions are more than generous) and, if not sat in a booth, it can feel at times that you’re awfully close to the next table (as in you can hear their whole conversation close). However, these minor details would never make me not want to go…any invitation to the Cheesecake Factory is a welcome one!
