Like Mike, directed by John Schultz is rated PG by the Motion Picture Asociation of America for brief mild language. The original release date was July 3, 2002 for United States audience. This movie falls in the genre of Comedy/Family/Fantasy/Sport and stars Lil’ Bow Wow as Calvin Cambridge, Morris Chestnut as Tracey Reynolds, Jonathan Lipnicki as Murph and

a few basketball stars of that era.

Calvin Cambridge, an orphan, found himself an old pair of sneakers that he believes belonged to the great Michael Jackson.

It looks like the shoes reaaly are magical as from the day he put them on, his life has never been the same again. Belief in a certain thing can surely make or ...

      • break a person. Living the basketball superstar life, or something like that, Calvin is on top of the world and he is shining like a true rockstar.

Belief in oneself is an even greater thing, as Calvin must do after his lucky pair of MJ basketball sneakers are destroyed.

Lil’ Bow Wow has shown that he has what it takes

to entertain, not only is he a very entertaining rapper, now he is making his mark to the viewing movie goers as a dynamic young actor.

There is nothing corny about this movie, it lived up to the hype it create and then some. I was amazed at the crossover that this youngster pulled on me. A job well done!

        Happy Viewing!
