Walking Tall, directed by Kevin Bray is rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for sequences of intense violence, sexual content, drug material and language. The original release date was April 2, 2004 for United States audience. This movie falls in the genre of Action/Biography/Comedy/Drama/Thriller and stars Dwayne Johnson as Chris Vaughn, Johnny Knoxville as Ray

Templeton, Neal McDonough as Jay Hamilton, Kristen Wilson as Michelle Vaughn and Ashley Scott as Deni.

Returning home from the front line of war, Chris comes to the harsh reality that his once productive town is now over run by criminals. His former childhood friend is at the heart of the problems and Chris must find a way to ...

      • bring this episode of the towns dilemna to an end once and for all.

Unfortunately, his initial attempts at correcting such matters almost got him killed, so, he had no choice but the run for the Sherriff’s position, which he got. He slowly and systematically broke down the drug and crime ring that had infested his town.

        This is a

great story, and the re-telling of it with a modern day feel did not take away from the power that the moral had.

I would gladly recommend that this movie be shown in schools, so that the younger generation coming up can see that you can stand up and make a difference in the way the world revolves.

        A magnificent movie…twi thumbs up!
