Here is a great recipe for bars that are to die for. They are called Sinful bars. Once you sink your teeth into these delicious bars you will understand where the name came from.

1 1/2 cups flour 1- 6 ounce package butterscotch chips 3/4 cups brown sugar

1/2 cups corn syrup 1/2 cups butter 2 T. butter 1 teaspoon salt 2 cups cashews Mix dry ingredients with butter and pat into a 9 X 13 inch pan.

Melt the chips, corn syrup, and 2 tablespoons of butter until melted.

      • Pour over the crust.

Press cashews into the filing. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes at 350 degrees.

When cooled, cut into bars. This is such an easy recipe.

While I have not tried it, I am sure that peanuts would be just as tasty as cashews. Maybe one would even care to try it with mixed nuts.

Anyway I am sure that it will delight. This recipe is great to make for bake

sales, picnics, family get togethers, whatever.

Make it just for your family and they will be begging you to make it again and again. And since it is so easy to do you will not mind mixing up a batch or two.

I have found this also makes a great housewarming present to give others. Make up a batch and put on a decorative plate and attach the recipe to it, as you will be expected to hand it over once the bars are tasted.
