A Knight’s Tale is all about the actor, Heath Ledger ability in interpreting a 14th Century super hero with a comic aspect. It is really strange writing a review about such a brave actor who recently left the world too soon when he had so much to give to Hollywood.

It seems that although A Knight’s Tale was one of Ledger’s most successful moment, the actor felt he was very much effected

by this movie and what chooses he had to make in the movie industry.

According to what was reported in the press, Ledger didn’t enjoy the fact that the studios choose the world this guy is going to rock you in promotion material for this movie. He felt very much pressured with this over his head. On the other hand, it is very much understood the studio’s position since the main ...

      • leading song in this movie is We Will Rock You interpreted by the singer, Robbie Williams.

The story of A Knight’s Tale is about William Thatcher (Ledger) who is a peasant but pretends to be a knight and enjoys jousting. Life changes for him when he falls in love with Lady Jocelyn, a part interpreted by the actress, Shannyn Sossamon. This was one of the first movies for Sossamon and sadly her

most successful because later on she was involved in not much successful projects.

Interesting to know is that Ledger had a jousting accident when he knocked out one of the director’s, Brian Helgeland’s front teeth. It took Helgeland’s several months before his mouth was healed to repair the damage.

All in all, A Knight’s Tale is a great action movie with a romantic touch that reminds us of the great acting abilities of Heath Ledger.
