AVP: Alien vs. Predator, directed by Paul W.S. Anderson is rated PG-13 by the Motion Picture Association of America for violence, language, horror images, slime and gore. The original release date was September 8, 2004 for United States audience. This movie falls in the genre of Action/Adventure/Horror/Science Fiction/Thriller and stars Sanaa Lathan as Alexa Woods, Raoul Bova as Sebastian de Rosa, Lance Henrikson as Charles Bishop Welland, Ewen Bremmer as Graeme Miller, Colin Salmon

as Mawell Stafford and Tommy Flanagan as Mark Verheiden.

Lets analyze this movie monster-piece, yup, I said monster-piece. Archeologists discover a site that leads to an underground or buried pyramid of some sort. They invest millions in assembling a team of experts to go on this expedition.

Once there, they encounter a series of boobie-traps and hidden passage ways, where they get seperated and are soon annihalated by their would be trappers.

The story line behind this ...

      • one is, the aliens are used as game for the predators enjoyment at hunting. Humans are used as the breeding ground or hosts for the aliens to manifest and reproduce. Once that process is complete, the aliens are released and the predators have a chance to prove their worth as excellent hunters.

If the predators manage to kill the aliens, he will secure his spot as one of the top hunters of his kind, if

he fails and the aliens overrun the predators, the predators will destroy the entire area, wiping out all life.

So it a case of kill or be killed…

This movie falls short of keeping me seriously entertained, and it got even sadder when the predator had to team up with a human in orer to defeat the alien…so very sad indeed. That made me dispise this movie even more than before. This movie is bogus and a complete waste.
