      If you love shrimp and crab, you will love this recipe. I fix this for my son and myself, every now and then.

      I don’t fix it all the time, because it is very addictive.

      You will need about one pound

      of large shrimp, four cooked egg whites, 1/4 cup mayonnaise or sald dressing, 1/4 cup chopped celery, 1/4 cup chopped onion, one tablespoon dried italian seasoning, 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped garlic, one teaspoon onion salt, one teaspoon old bay seasoning, one teaspoon black pepper, and eight ounces of crabmeat (some people use more ...

        When they are cool, peel then shrimp, clean the shrimp very well, and chop it up.

        After you chop the shrimp the way you like it, place it in a large

        Drain the crab meat and stir into shrimp mixture.

        Put in the refrigerator for about an hour, until chilled, and serve with meal.
