If you buy this season, prepare to be confused. The show has never been great with continuity, but this season is even worse than others.

One of the most glaring problems is Rose’s boyfriend Miles.

Miles appears on the show when the couple first meet, and Rose falls in love with him when they dance

      together at a weekly dance.

They begin to date, and Rose even meets his daughter who doesn’t approve of their relationship.

Though they clearly showed up the character’s back story, he later comes back and tells Rose that he is a member of the witness protection program.

They disregarded the stories and information they already ...

      • gave the fans, in order to create a new storyline.

I hate when shows do that.

We are also finally treated to an explanation on what happened to Max, a man that Sophia married in a previous season.

Apparently they realized they weren’t really in love, and he moved to another town.

        However a government

official points out that Sophia is still listed under his name, meaning that they never got divorced.

The season ends with a two part episode where President George Bush stops by their home for a visit.

This gives them time to wrap up a few stories by using flashbacks.

The season ender is a pretty good one.
