  • What I like about them today is that they have the digital ticketing which is very modern and with it is the important info of the trip such as Driver's and Conductor's Name, trip time, location of from and to of the trip besides the fare of course
  • Being in line with the government's program to lower the cost of fare and the environment, HM Transport is also converting its buses to CNG ones and that is great being up-to-date and in line to the environment and government programs

I always take a ride on HM Bus Transport going to Manila and back home for more than 10 years now and HM Transport has been very reliable in its service.

The bus plies by the route from Sta Cruz, Laguna to Cubao, Quezon City and vise versa. All the buses are aircon and the seats are very comfy and well upholstered.

It is kept neat and clean even if some of the buses are old.

They have acquired new buses and it’s a luxury to ride in those new buses as the seats are more comfy and the aircon stronger. The fare is quite expensive but its always just to what the government implements. I have no problems with the attitude of the ...

      • bus drivers as well as the conductors as they are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The conductor always give me a discount as I have been a loyal rider with them for a long time.

Does the cubao bus en route to sta.cruz laguna passes by sm makati?

    ReviewStream.com
    carmie26 says :

    Hi Jana,

HM Bus route from Cubao, QC to Sta. Cruz, Laguna is via EDSA SLEX then heading to Calamba and it will not pass SM Makati. You may also call them at (02)416-6192 which is their Cubao Office/Station to learn other routes or new/alternative routes. But if you are living or in Sta. Cruz you may want to call them at their Sta. Cruz Terminal you can dial (049)821-0349.

    AsianJunkie says :

Provincial buses take the EDSA route. If you need to go to SM Makati, ask the conductor if they can drop you off at Ayala Station. If it can be done, alight the Ayala Station And take the overpass. SM Makati is on the left side.

Are pets specifically 1month puppy allowed to travel in your bus? thanks

    al says :

Yes, it is allowed as long as your puppy is in a dog cage. I have tried it too and the bus conductor allowed it.

Hi, To anyone who is afrequent traveller to Los banos. how much is the fare from Cubao stn, to Los Banos Open University? Do they give discount to minors with school ids? if i need to be there in lb by 9am what time should i leave cubao terminal on a saturday morning Thanks a lot Tj of Baliuag Bulacan

    ReviewStream.com
    gabrielle47 replies :

Hi Tj. Prepare at least P150. The fare from Buendia to LB is about P96 so it is much more coming from Cubao and to LB Open University. Give yourself about 2-2.5 hours from Cubao. So probably you should leave Cubao station by 6 am to be safe to arrive by 9am in UP Open University.

    Aurora says :

Can we drop off at Splash mountain? And by going back to cubao terminal can we just wait by the highway for a ride?

    ReviewStream.com
    carmie26 says :

    Hi Aurora,

You might be referring to Splash Island in Binan, Laguna. There are no direct drop-off to Splash Island, you need to take a bus to Pacita Complex, San Juan and ride a tricycle to the Splash Island Resort. In going back to Cubao, you just have to go back to Pacita Complex and ride a EDSA Cubao Bus.

Riding public should be aware of HM Transport bus conductor MOISES`tetet’ ICARO who is arrogant and a cheat. He shortchanges passengers. If I was younger I might have stooped down to his level and challenged him to a fistfight. He is a liar and a cheat and is a liability to his organization. I just wish the bus company had its own on-line website where commuters can post their complaints real-time.
