      This is a great side dish that will go well with just about any meal. You can always double the receipe if you want it as the main course for a family. I have made this often and everyone always raves about it! You will need the following ingredients;

      2 cups cooked rice

      ( I use minute-rice) 10 ounces of cooked, chopped broccoli. (I usually buy it frozen, and then cook it) ½ cup of chopped onion 1 can of condensed cream of mushroom soup 2 tablespoons of butter 1 Cup of Velveeta Cheese or Cheez Whiz Cheese Dip

      Large Skillet 1-1 ½ quart casserole/baking dish

      Preheat ...

      • oven to 350°. Sautee onion with 1 tablespoon of butter in skillet until tender. Remove from heat.

        Next you will need to add soup, rice, broccoli and cheese. Blend together. Carefully spoon mixture into casserole dish and bake in over for about 30-35 minutes.

        I just recently brought this over to a friend’s

        house for Easter. Everyone loved it. You can also easily add other ingredients to this. Bacon, ham, carrots, anything! Because of the cheese, it’s a great way to hide veggies into a meal and have kids who are picky eaters still enjoy it! You can also add bread crumbs to the top to give it a crunchier texture.
