      I have been using tataindicom broadband for months from now. And I would like to add that tataindicom is just not good enough. It usually costs me about 500Rs per month for one GB download, which is slightly more costlier when you compare it with other service providers. They hardly have any free offers and the nighbird scheme is not available in my

      city.

      The worst thing about tataindicom broadband is its service which is not upto the mark. The serivce provided by Tataindicom is hardly superior to any other service provided. It has frequent disruptions. And if you have to register a complaint, then you have to call their call centre (I think only one centre exists for entire nation) and wait endlessly to speak to ...

        In order to pay for the connection, you have to go all the way to their customer service centre (only one such centre exists in my city. They do not have a facility in which you can pay for the connection in any tataindicom service centre.

        Another problem with Tataindiacom is that they have concentrated their efforts only on the urban

        But I think things are improving fast. And they have a better service now. Their connection is steadier than reliance or airtel. Last time when I had problems with our internet connection, I registered the complaint and the problem was recitified within an hour.Unlike BSNL, they have a better relationship with the customers. They are prompt and courteous too.

    Hi, I have registered a complaint on Sept 5th 2009. Till date nobody from tata has bothered to resolve the issue. When you call the customer service — 1..We are working on the issue. I will send a message to my backend team. 2.Supervisor — This will resolved in 24 hrs.i get a call from the backend team…the issue will be resolved….nobody does anything… 3.When i want to speak to the supervisor — The supervisor is busy on other calls…. 4.Whenever i called the customer service it would at least take minimum of 45 mins on the phone. I don t have a free calling facility… 5.I have registered a complaint with office in Ameerpet still no response… I work from home and make my living working from home. I depend a lot on the internet… I pay approximately Rs -720 a month. It hurts a lot when you don t get the service
