Wong Kar-Wai’s blistering masterpiece about two couples moving in next to each other in an apartment house. The husband, respectively the wife in each couple are never shown.

The husband that is shown finds out his wife is having a secret affair with the

neighbour, and he seeks contact with the woman there, who confirms his suspicion.

They get very attached to each other and starts what seem to be a love affair at first, but what they are really doing is preparing to confront their respective spouses.

In the Mood For Love is a remarkable film in all aspects there is.

        It

never exaggerates or underrates the audience, nor does it confuse in a way certain art films can do at times.

I am constantly thinking about this film and I now consider it a part of my own personality and life.

See it if you ever get the chance.
