Happy Feet the movie was released in 2006, and is an exceptional family film. Happy Feet is about Emperor Penguins in their natural environment and their natural gift to sing. But, when one small penguin named Mumble is unable to sing, he faces ridicule from the other penguins, including his own father. Ultimatley Mumble is kicked out from Emperor Penguin land is left to live alone and find new shelter. Throughout his journey’s,

Mumble meets new friends that help him realize his special gifts.

This movie is a great film to watch with your children! As a mother of two small children myself, ages 4 and 20 months, I greatly recommend this film. Happy Feet remains one of their favorite movies to date. With the upbeat music, singing and dancing, it will sure have your kids attention. Who knows, you might just love it as much as ...

      • they do!!

Happy Feet teaches youngsters that it is okay to be different from everyone else and to appreciate how special each and every one is.

I truly feel that this movie will allow my girls to realize that the qualities they posess are amazing in their own right and they should never apologize for them. To me that is one of the most important things my children can learn, to be comfortable in

        their own skin.

Some may feel that I am a bit to “happy go-lucky” with my review of this movie, but I can assure if that if you have a child, and you watch Happy Feet with them, the look on their faces will be enough for you to know exactly why I feel the way I do about this movie.

Make Happy Feet part of your family movie night, I did and my kids absolutley love it!
