      The raw mango chutney can also be used as a sauce, which can be served with the bread sandwich, rice and also with the roties. The main ingredient to prepare this chutney is the raw mango, which is very sour.

      Ingredients: we need to take 3 big sized raw


      mangoes which are scraped and grated, salt to taste, red chillies 5 to 6, sugar 3 tea spoons, cumin seeds powder 2 tea spoons, grated coconut ½ cup.

      Method: the mangoes must be washed out with the clean water and then peal off the skin of it.

        Now also add the salt, red chillies, cumin seeds powder, sugar, and grated coconut and then mix it all together well.

        Now make the fine paste of it using the mixer grinder and then put it in to the serving

        bowl.

        We can also season it using the oil and some mustered seeds.

        As I have tasted this chutney it gives the best taste when it is applied to the roasted breads or to the sandwiches.

        This chutney can be preserved without getting spoiled for 4 to 5 days using the refrigerator.
