      The green chilly chutney is something, which is applied to the bread sandwich, and it is also served with the roties, rice or any thing. It gives a spicy taste and normally the taste of the green chilly chutney suits with all kind of snacks.

      Ingredients: green chillies 8


      10 (which are not very strong), salt to taste, coriander leaves and curry leaves one cup each, cumin seeds 2 tea spoons roasted, grated coconut ½ cup, mint leaves ½ cup, oil 3 tea spoons and tamarind pulp ½ cup.

      Method: first of all take a pan and pour the ...

        Now take them out and put it in to the bowl and then add the grated coconut, salt, coriander leaves, curry leaves, cumin seeds, and also add the tamarind pulp and then make the fine paste of it using the mixer

        grinder.

        Now the chutney is ready.

        As all the ingredients used to prepare this chutney are raw, they chutney can not be preserved for more then one day, but any how it can be preserved for 2 or 3 days if we refrigerate it.

        I love the spicy taste of it.
