      The butter non-is an Indian roti (flat bread) which is normally prepared for the breakfast. It is prepared with the flour and any kind of side dish can be served with the butter non.

      Ingredients: white flour 2 cups, water to prepare the dough of this flour, slat 3 pinches, butter 3


      to 4 tea spoons.

      Method: first of all take a bowl and put the flour.

      Now add enough water to prepare the tight dough.

      When this is done make small balls of this dough applying some oil to the hands so that the dough will not stick to our hands.

      • Now take a ball and roll it till it becomes flat and round in shape.

        After this take a flat pan and heat the pan.

        Put the dough, which is flattened and kept aside.

        Also put some butter over it and fry it both the sides.

        Now the hot and

        soft butter non-is ready to serve.

        We can prepare any kind of side dishes to serve with the butter non, such as palak paneer, vegetable kurma, shahi paneer, vegetable sagu etc.

        Normally 2 times in a weak I do prepare the butter non for breakfast.
