      The vegetable kurma is a side dish, which suits best with all kinds of roties and nons or even with the bread. It also proves to be very good combination with the plane rice.

      This dish is spicy and delicious to eat.

      Ingredients: finely chopped carrot, French


      beans, green pees, and cabbage ½ cup each.

      Salt to taste, garam masala 2 teaspoons, boiled potatoes 3 big sizes, lemon juice and green chilly paste according to taste, coconut paste 5 table spoons, crushed pepper corns 4 to 5.

      • chopped vegetable using very less amount of water.

        Now take a pan and put some oil and cumin seeds for seasoning.

        Now add the coconut paste, crushed peppercorns, salt and the green chilly paste.

        When this is cooked enough now add the all the vegetable pieces and

        then also put the boiled potatoes, which are mashed before.

        Now mix all this mixture well and allow it to cook for some time.

        Finally before we turn off the flame add the lemon juice and mix it well.

        The tasty and spicy vegetable kurma is ready to serve hot.
