      Now we all know about the different kinds of rice recipes but the curd rice with fruits is going to be something very different and very tasty. This is a unique recipe, which is very fine, and I request all of u to try this recipe.

      Ingredients: boiled rice one cup, milk half cup, curd

      half cup, salt to taste, oil 2 tea spoons, cumin seeds half tea spoons, red chillies dried 1 or 2, black or green grapes 1/4th cup, strawberries 1/4th cup.

      Method: first of all let us prepare the seasoning for this recipe.

      Take the frying pan and pour the oil and the cumin seeds and the ...

        Now the seasoning is ready which is to be kept aside.

        Now take a big bowl and put the rice and mash it well.

        Now add the milk, curd, salt and the seasoning over it.

        Now mix this mixture well and then finally add the fruits, which I have said

        above and mix it well.

        Now the curd rice is ready to taste we can also serve it chilled during the summer season, which gives a wonderful taste.

        The curd rice keeps our mind cool and calm.

        It is also good for our kids.
