      The jeera is nothing but the cumin seeds, which are very good for digestion purpose. For this recipe we are using little more cumin seeds and also little more garlic which is very beneficial for our health.

      This recipe takes very less time for preparation and all the ingredients used for this recipe are easily available


      at home always.

      Ingredients: boiled rice one cup (preferably we take the basmati rice), oil 2 tea spoons (we can also use the butter instead of oil), cumin seeds 3 tea spoons, garlic cloves 20 to 25, salt to taste, ajinomoto ½ spoon (it is a king of spice).

      • of vegetable according to our choice, which are finely chopped.

        Black pepper crushed a little.

        Method: now take the pan and pour the oil or butter.

        Now add garlic cloves and fry it half and then add the cumin seeds and fry it again.

        When this is done we can add the finely chopped vegetable

        if we want to add it.

        Now add the salt, ajinomoto and the pepper powder and mix it well.

        Now finally add the boiled basmati rice and mix it well and serve it hot.

        This rice recipe is good for health particularly during the winter or rainy seasons as it includes the garlic cloves and the pepper powder.
