      Egg curry is an excellent side dish to have it with the plane rice or even with the roties. We can also use it as a best stuffing between 2 bread slices to make the bread sandwich.

      Not only that the eggs are very rich in protein and that is why it is best to feed the


      eggs for our kids every day.

      So just try this recipe.

      Ingredients: boiled eggs 3, ½ cup chopped onion, ½ cup chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, salt to taste, red chilly powder to taste, cumin seeds powder one tea spoon and sugar 1 tea spoon.

      Oil 3 teaspoons and little mustered seeds for seasoning.

      Method: now ...


      • cut the boiled eggs in to big pieces and keep them aside.

        Take a frying pan and pour the oil and mustered seeds for seasoning.

        Now add the chopped onion and tomatoes together and fry it till it becomes little soft.

        Now add the salt, sugar, turmeric powder and the red chilly powder and mix it

        well.

        When this is done, now finally add the chopped big pieces of boiled eggs and mix it well.

        Now when all this is cooked enough turn off the flame and garnish it with the tomato flower and some coriander leaves.

        Now the hot and spicy egg curry is ready to serve.

        It is tasty and also very nutritious food.
