We purchased a mini home from Maple Leaf Homes in Fredericton, NB. This was not a custom home but one that some one else customized and did not buy. Although the home is warm and

solidly built, there are a few things that leave a lot to be desired. For example, the walls are not crackfilled between drywall panels but rather are covered with stripping that ultimately comes off when the ...

      • home heaves because it is not on a foundation which most of these homes are. Also, the service on these homes is horrible (don’t buy any appliances because they are not serviced), electric heat takes up
to much space (i. e, no wall space because there are baseboards everywhere) and fixtures etc are the cheapest you can buy. I don’t recommend these minihomes at all and would gladly sell mine to the highest bidder.

Recently purchased from maple leaf house was custom built to our specifications and delivered to Ontario
Absolutely delighted with quality and service. Design was perfect - no errors
Delivery was difficult due to size but expertly dine. House was shrunk wrapped for the long journey
So far totally delighted with quality and extra professional touches right down to electrical power switches being impeccably labelled. Would recommend these homes and their amazing agent Rick from Armstrong Trailers whose professionalism and amazing patience made all of this possible. A retirement dream come true
    Thank you

Our mini home was properly set-up on a solid base on piers and has not moved in nine years. we love our mini home and would highly recommend Maple Leaf mini Homes. Our home is a custom built model. The reason there are slats and not mud to finish the seams in the walls is that the seams would crack during the move to the set-up site. None of the seams have popped. My wife bakes and says that she is quite happy the built-in oven. The home has a counter-top which has given us no trouble. Our home has fifteen windows, each one double-hung and insulated. The home has three bedrooms and two baths. All of the interior doors are by-fold raised panel. I would not say that the light fixtures were the cheapest on the market. Again I with to thank Maple Leaf Homes for there fine workmanship.

These homes are built the cheapest way possible, DO NOT BUY I have black mold growing everywhere due to lack of insulation. Pipes freeze in winter even with so-called heat tape. These homes are the worst ever
