      This is a very popular Orient cake. Ingredients: 1 pack sheets of pastry Sugar 1 pack of butter 200 grams of walnuts Sunflower oil Put a layer of sheets of pastry into well-oiled baking dish, spread sugar and walnuts, then put

      the next layer of pastry sheets and again spread with sugar and walnuts.

      Repeat this until you are run out of sheets (do not put anything on the top sheet).

        Melt the butter and pour it into the cuts.

        Then put the baklava into the oven and bake it.

        First, bake it in a hot oven until it reddens, then reduce heat and bake it another 1-1.

        5 hours.

        When

        the baklava is ready it must be poured with cold syrup of sugar and water (approximately two big cups of water and two cups sugar).

        The syrup must be boiled beforehand and left to cool.

        Wait another 24 hours before you try the baklava, so that it becomes soft enough.
