Take some urban music, and give it a tribal undertone and you’ll have a good bit of the sound that is Aurlar. This is the first album by MIA, and its a doozy.

      When I first heard

this album i was reminded of the type of world music they play in world music shops, but it has a different sort of flair to it.

Maybe if you went out and gave a tribe an sythesizer and ...

      • some electronic drums.

This is a truly unique album that if you like world music you are bound to enjoy.

It makes you want to get up out of your chair and dance.

this album makes comments about the

world around us and does it is a fantastic in your face kind of way.

Once you start listening to this album you wont be able to stop.

A fantastic debut album, or album in general.

        Well worth a listen.
