  • Disappointed at the thought of not seeing anymore shows from Whedon-verse, I was presently surprised when I came across the DVD for the television series Firefly, an underrated show that never aired in the UAE
  • The series was short-lived, as it had only 14 episodes produced, before being unfortunately canceled by Network it aired on
  • From the imaginative setting, to the interesting plot arcs, to the endearing characters - Firefly sums up as an extremely fulfilling experience, which is surely to be cherished by fans of Whedon's previous works, and some others too

The show starts off with a bang in a two hour season premiere, and as the show progresses, the viewers get to know more about the events that followed the unification of the Central Planets, the war between the resistance movement (Browncoats) and the Alliance, Malcolm Reynold’s connection with Serenity Valley, the appearance of the Tam siblings, and the story behind their run from the Alliance, and many inter-locking plot points that run the course
