It certainly isn’t the parking situations. Parking at SUNY oswego is almost as challenging as having to swim a tank full of roving sharks, as the majority of parking spaces are designated as staff only. The problem being the student body of SUNY Oswego vastly outnumbers the teaching base, which causes huge amounts of overflow from student designated parking areas.
