      Batu caves, just about 10-15 Km from the city of Kuala Lampur is a place with rich natural beauty. Tall and rocky moutains and luch green trees and bushes makes this place rich in its natural beauty.

      In this cave, there is a Hindu temple and statue of Lord Muruga. Tos ee


      this cave, one must take about 280 steps upwards. That is quiet a difficult and a tiring one. On top, inside the cave the temple can be found.

      On to sides of this cave, small water falls can be seen. Monkeys adds to the attraction of this tourist spot. Buses(public transport) marked Batu ...


      • caves can be seen frequently in the city and more frequently near China town. Travel takes about 1/2 an hour from china town. Ticket fare to this spot is just 2 RMB.

        It is quiet a sunny place from noon to evening hours. Many shops can be seen in this area. Food is

        pretty cheap compared to other places in KL. Do not miss the oppurtunity to buy a tender coconut in this place. Really big coconuts of enormous size with lots of water.

        It is worth a try and if possible photograph it. Taxis are also available in this spot.

        Overall, a pilgrimage centre with mesmerizing natural beauty.
