      The mushroom Manchurian is another favourite recipe of mine, which I prepare every once in a weak. My parents love it too. The soft and juicy mushrooms give a great taste when it is deep-fried and spices added. Just try this recipe which I hope u like it.

      Ingredients: the main ingredient is the mushroom


      about 20 pieces, finely chopped onion, tomato sauce, Soya sauce, maida flour 1 cup, water one cup, salt to taste, black salt to taste, green chilly finely chopped. Refined oil to deep fry the Manchurians.

      • another bowl in which put the mushrooms and add the maida flour. Mix it well and add 4 teaspoons of tomato sauce, salt and little amount of black salt. Mix it well and add enough water to make a very thick batter of it to deep-fry each mushroom. Now keep aside the deep fried mushrooms
        and take another pan and pour 3 tea spoons of water and then add the finely chopped onion, salt, green chilly chopped, black salt, Soya sauce and the tomato sauce. Fry it well and finally add the deep fried mushroom Manchurians and mix it well. When it is hot serve it and also garnish it with the chopped coriander leaves.
