      Gobhi Manchurian is the favourite evening snack for my children. And it is also the favourite snack for all the children. Here is the recipe not it down.

      Ingredients: cauli flower finely chopped 2 cups, tomato sauce 1 cup, salt to taste, black salt 1 tea spoon, maida


      flour 1and half cup, garlic cloves 10, finely chopped onion one cup. Oil to deep fry. Edible colour, which is red. Soya sauces 3 tablespoons.

      Method: now finely chop the cauli flower and put it in a bowl. Add the maida flour, 4 table spoons of tomato sauce, salt and ...

        Now keep aside the deep fried Manchurian balls and take another pan. Put some oil for seasoning and add the garlic cloves chopped, and also add the chopped

        onion and fry it till it becomes little soft. Now add the tomato sauce, Soya sauce, salt, and the black salt and then finally add the deep fried gobhi Manchurian balls and mix it well. Now the gobhi Manchurian is ready to serve hot. Garnish it with coriander leaves.
