      I really love to cook and here is an appetizer that I would love to share with you all. This is like a fresh bite-size appetizer that requires little hassle at all and I love to dress it up beautifully in a nice presentation; courtesy of my own style. Here it is:

      3 tablespoons olive oil

      1 tablespoon balsamic


      vinegar

      1 clove garlic and mince it

      Salt and freshly ground pepper

      18 bocconcini or 1/2 pound fresh mozzarella. Cut them into cubes like the size of cherry tomatoes

      18 bamboo skewers which could be obtained at any Asian markets

      18 cherry tomatoes

      18 medium fresh basil leaves

      To make the dressing: Put the ingredients in a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar,


      • garlic and add a pinch of salt and pepper. After that, toss the mozzarella balls in the dressing until it looks coated. The next step would be to skewer the tomatoes and cheese. My personal preference would be to slide 1 cherry tomato onto a skewer, about 2 inches up. Then, gently fold a basil
        leaf in half and slide it onto the skewer, afterwhich add on the mozzarella ball. Repeat for the other skewers to make it around 18 total in all.

        To serve the skewers, put them on a platter and drizzle any leftover dressing. Sprinkle with salt and pepper for added taste and you can serve them immediately. Happy trying.
