Oh, man, the good old days. Remember when Elvis Presley was an actor wearing those Hawaii clothes and little flowers around his neck? Well, I do. Growing up in my house, my dad constantly had an Elvis movie on. The Album, Blue Hawaii was released by RCA LSP/LPM in October of 1961 and boasts sixteen up-tempo tracks that make you want to visit the Islands.

      This album is

just cool in my opinon! I’ve always like them old singers who do cheesy movies. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Elvis Presley, etc. But, all that aside, Elvis has been in some classic movies. But I’m a fan of his music, first and foremost.

Tracks on this awesomely funny album include: Blue Hawaii, Almost Always True, Aloha-Oe, No More, Can’t Help Falling In Love, Rock-A-Hula Baby, Moonlight Swim, Ku-u-i-po,

All in all, this is a good album strictly from a fans standpoint. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone who likes music from 1980 and up, but for us fans of classic rock, there is none better than

        the King, Elvis Presley.

The only criticism I have with this album is, how many times can RCA, or Elvis, or whoever’s doing it put Can’t Help Falling In Love on an album! I own over 70 Elvis Presley albums, literally, and there’s like twenty of them with Can’t Help Falling In Love. I don’t get it. Oh, well. It’s still a good album in my opinion.
