      The tomato chutney is little salty, little tangy and a little spicy, but it is very tasty and gives a great taste when eaten with the bread or sandwich or even with the buns. it is the recipe which my mother has thought me and I prepare it very often.

      Ingredients:


      tomatoes 5-6 big size, coriander seeds 4 spoons, cumin seeds 2 tea spoons, salt according to taste, chilly powder 3 to 4 tea spoons, tamarind pulp 3 to 4 tea spoons, turmeric ½ spoon.

      • and pour the tomato puree and salt, chilly powder, tamarind pulp, turmeric powder and mix it well. Later make the powder of the cumin seeds and the coriander seeds together and mix it to the tomato chutney and cook it for a long time till the mixture becomes a little
        thicker. Keep the lid of the pan closed so that it cooks early and it will not spread outside. After this the tomato chutney is ready to taste. the tomato chutney gives the great taste when it is applied on the roasted bread and eaten as a sandwich.
