      The spinach is a leafy vegetable, which contains a lot of Iron content. Particularly those who have low haemoglobin count in their body for such people the spinach soup is the ideal one which is also tasty. I recommend this soup to be taken by all the women, as they need the

      Iron content after the age of 40.

      Ingredients: finely chopped and boiled potatoes, finely chopped fresh spinach, salt to taste, vegetable stew 2 cups, sugar 1 tea spoon only if needed, crushed pepper corns according to taste, butter 2 tea spoons

      Method: first of all take a pan and put the butter and heat it,


      • when the butter melts we must add the finely chopped spinach and stir it till it is soft and then put the chopped and boiled potatoes and mix well. Now also add the vegetable stew, salt, sugar, and crushed pepper and mix it well. When this mixture gets a boil, we must
        add the corn flour, which is already mixed in the plane water and kept. When the consistency of this mixture gets thicker we must turn off the flame. We can also add some water if we want to dilute the consistency of the soup. Now the spinach soup is ready to serve.
