  • I guess you all know Narnia, where there was an entire magical kingdom with the entrance inside a dusty drawer,or an older movie from Hallmark I think, the one with 'the boogies',the title escapes me now
  • It's a nice flick to watch, having an average quality to most of it's aspect, but the idea is very interesting
  • Some witches who play an important role in part chop of several animals (only weapons seen in the act but the action and crudeness is very clear) for 'magical guidance'.I don't think kids should watch that

I guess you all know Narnia, where there was an entire magical kingdom with the entrance inside a dusty drawer,or an older movie from Hallmark I think, the one with ‘the boogies’,the title escapes me now. Well, continuing, how about a magical kingdom in the same plane with reality, only separated my a small wooden wall just a couple of miles from an ‘normal’ village?

movie is about Tristan, the son of a man who once passed the wall (forbidden access, guarded by the village keeper) when he was young and beloved Una,a slave in a magical market near the wall, who was actually a princess spelled by a witch.

Tristan is their son, grown up at his father.

      • plain at night, they see a shooting star.

He promises to bring that star to her in one week as a ‘wedding ring’.

        So the journey begins.

When he reaches the crash site (in the magical kingdom),he founds out that the star is a .

        girl.

The main intrigue of the movie starts from here on.

It’s a nice flick to watch, having an average quality to

most of it’s aspect, but the idea is very interesting.

The only thing that confuses me is who allowed so much ‘animal brutality’ sequences in the movie.

Some witches who play an important role in part chop of several animals (only weapons seen in the act but the action and crudeness is very clear) for ‘magical guidance’.

I don’t think kids should watch that.
