      This green chutney is made using the mint leaves, which is also called as pudina chutney. This chutney is like a sauce, which is sweet, and salty, it enriches the taste of any other food, such as the plane rice with the chutney, with bread, with dosa (south Indian

      recipe). It can also be used for the sandwiches. This chutney can be preserved in the fridge for more than 20 days.This chutney is also good for health as it is made using the mint leaves which is best for our health.

      Ingredients: mint leaves 2 bunches, tamarind pulp,


      • sugar, green chilly paste and salt according to taste,. Coriander leaves 1 bunch.

        Method: first of all take the mint leaves and corianders leaves and wash it well with the water. Now put the tamarind pulp, sugar, green chilly paste and the salt and mix it well.

        Now put this mixture in the mixer grinder and grind it well. After this we have to heat this mixture a little to preserve it for a longer time. Now the chutney is ready. We can add the water to this chutney to dilute it while using it.
