      The coco-fried rice is a good and healthy recipe made using the rice and coconut milk. It is very simples and takes only a few ingredients and it is also easy to prepare it.

      The ingredients: 2 cups of coconut milk (grind the grated coconut well adding water and then


      strain it off), 1 cup of water, salt to taste, curry leaves, cardamom 2, cinnamon stick according to taste, bay leaves 3, red chilly 2 or 3 crushed according to taste and finally we need a cup fine quality rice or we can take the basmati rice.

      • take the pan and pour 2 or 3 spoons of ghee (melted butter) and add the curry leaves, crushed chilly, and all the above said spices excluding the salt. Now shallow fry all these spices and add the coconut milk and water. Now when this mixture starts boiling
        we need to add the rice and the salt. Now stir it well and wait till the rice is completely cooked. When the rice is cooked enough it is ready to be served hot. This recipe is not only tasty it is also a healthy food especially for kids.
