      Spinach is called as palak and the paneer is nothing else but the cottage cheese. Now I am going to explain a very interesting recipe which is easy to make and healthy to eat.

      To make this recipe we


      need: 1-cup tomato puree, 1-cup onion paste and one cup of boiled spinach paste. Along with this we need some garam masala (taste maker), salt to taste, green chilly paste to taste and one cup of chopped cottage cheese.

      Method: take the pan and heat it with 3 tea spoons of oil and now add the paste of onion and tomato together and boil is well now add the spinach paste and all the spices with the salt. Now ...

      when it is cooked enough finally add the green chilly paste.

      Now in a separate pan deep-fry the chopped cottage cheese and then add it in the other pan where the palak paneer is being

      cooked. After 5 minutes turn off the flame and the very tasty and delicious recipe palak paneer is ready to serve. It can be a good combination with the paratha, kulcha (Indian flat bread), or even with the bread and rice.
