The Good Girl shows Jennifer Anniston at her finest, I think. Jennifer Anniston plays Justine, a married woman working at a small town, dumpy store the equivalent of a Wal Mart.

Justine does cosmetics, and makes other women beautiful.

Justine doesn’t feel so beautiful, however, and

it is apparent how unhappy she is in her marriage.

I think that Justine loves her husband, Phil, but is just bored and sick of him being a pot smoking, man’s man drinking beer with his best friend.

Justine goes through her life and then she meets Holden when he comes to work for the store.

Justine and Holden start hanging out together, having lunch and sharing secrets.

Of course, an affair begins and I think that Justine really loved Holden.

The tricky part is that Phil never finds out, even though ...

      all the signs are there.

Justine gets pregnant in spite of the doctor telling Phil that his sperm count is too low to get his wife pregnant.

Jennifer Anniston plays a serious role in this movie and I had not seen her act in this

      manner before.

She was always the funky, funny blonde and The Good Girl lets us see her acting in a different light.

I really like The Good Girl because it shows what can happen in real life.

People fall in love and have affairs and it doesn’t always work out.
