      My Quesadilla Recipe is so easy and they are yummy! The great thing is that you can add, change, take away just about any ingredient as long as you have a tortilla and cheese.

      Flour tortillas

      Shredded Cheese

      Saut�ed onions, cut in thin slices

      Saut�ed garlic, cut into think strips

      Cooked chicken, shredded

      Tomatoes, chopped

      Warm a skillet over medium heat. Add a touch


      of olive oil (you can use canola if you think olive oil is too strong flavored), just enough to moisten the bottom of the skillet. Saut the onions and garlic until softened and the onions are almost clear. Take out the onions and garlic and set aside. Take a tortillas and place chicken, onions, garlic, tomatoes and ...

      • top with shredded cheese. Put another tortilla on top of this one, like a sandwich, and put the tortillas into the skillet. I would not add any additional oil unless the skillet is dry. Let the tortillas brown slightly and the cheese will also melt. Because the contents are cooked (except the tomatoes) you don�t have to
        wait too long. You can cook the tomatoes with the onions and garlic, but I like mine fresh. Flip the tortillas about halfway through so the tortilla on top browns, too. Dip the quesadillas into sour cream, salsa and guacamole. This is one of the easiest recipes you can make and my family loves to eat these.
