This is a yummy little recipe that is easy to prepare and those who like spicy enjoy it so much! Stuffed Jalapenos are great for parties or when you need finger foods that aren’t messy.

      1 can pickled, whole jalapenos

      1 package cream cheese, softened

      1 small onion, finely diced

      1 tbsp whole milk

      1/4 tsp garlic powder

      freshly ground black pepper

      and sea salt to taste

Soften the cream cheese in a mixing bowl. Take about half of the jalapenos out of the can and rinse them thoroughly. Make sure that you buy whole jalapenos, not slices. Halve the jalapenos and remove all seeds and white membrane from the inside of each pepper. Do not remove the stem.

      • Make a platter of jalapeno halves. When the cream cheese is ready, mix in the tablespoon of whole milk and add the onion. I prefer to use a sweet onion, but you can use whatever type of onion you want. Sprinkle the garlic powder, black pepper and sea salt into the cream cheese mixture and blend
everything together with a fork. When the cream cheese mixture is completely blended, take a small spoonful and put it into a jalapeno half. Continue this process until the entire platter is done. If you need more jalapenos, repeat the washing and cleaning process. If you cannot serve immediately, cover with saran wrap and chill. Enjoy!
