  • IT WAS THE FINANCIAL PERSON EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM,SINCE THEY WERE CLOSING HE ASKED US TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY, SO WE AGREED

      MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO BUY A NEW CAR THIS JULY. I HAD DONE SOME RESEARCH ON THE COMPUTER BEFORE WE WENT. WE DECIDED TO GO TO SATURN OF NEWPORT NEWS, VA. WHEN WE ARRIVED WE WERE GREETED BY A SALES PERSON. WE HAD ALREADY DECIDED WE WANTED TO LOOK AT AND TEST DRIVE A RELAY VAN.

      THE SALES PERSON EXPLAINED THE DIFFERENCE IN THE TWO DIFFERENT MODELS THERE ARE. WE TEST DROVE A RELAY 3, AND WE WERE INPRESSED WITH THE VAN. IT WAS EVERYTHING THE WEBSITE SAID IT WAS. WE DECIDED WE WANTED TO BUY IT.

      THAT IS WHEN THE HELL BEGAN. WE TEST DROVE A BRONZE COLOR VAN, BUT WE WANTED A BLUE ONE. WHEN THE FINANCIAL PERSON STARTED THE PAPERWORK THE PROBLEMS BEGAN. FIRST THEY TRIED TO SELL US A VAN THAT WAS 1500 MORE THAN WE SAID WE WANTED TO


      SPEND.

      THEN HE TYPED THE WRONG VIN NUMBER ON ALL OF THE PAPERWORK. WHEN WE LEFT THE FIRST NIGHT WE GOT ABOUT TEN MILES DOWN THE ROAD AND THE PHONE RANG. IT WAS THE FINANCIAL PERSON EXPLAINING THE PROBLEM,SINCE THEY WERE CLOSING HE ASKED US TO RETURN THE NEXT DAY, SO WE AGREED. UPON ON RETURN WE DID ALL THE PAPERWORK AGAIN.

      AND AGAIN HE PUT THE WRONG INFORMATION ON THE PAPERWORK, THIS TIME HE PUT THE WRONG FINANCE COMPANY ON THE PAPERWORK. INSTEAD OF ASKING US TO COME BACK AGAIN HE SENT THE NEW PAPERWORK BY A DILIVERY SERVICE TO OUR HOME. WHEN WE REVIEWED THE PAPERWORK WE REALIZED THAT HE HAD PUT THE WRONG VIN NUMBER ON ALL OF THE PAPERS AGAIN. ONCE AGAIN WE DROVE BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO FIX THE PROBLEMS.

      THE FIRST TIME WE HAD TO DRIVE BACK THEY TOPPED ...


      • OFF THE GAS TANK, WHICH WAS OK. THE SECOND TIME WE HAD TO RETURN WE GOT NOTHING. I ASKED FOR ANOTHER SET OF HEADPHONES FOR HAVING TO COME BACK AND WAS TURNED DOWN, THEN I ASKED IF THEY WERE GOING TO TOP OFF THE TANK HE SAID NO. WE GOT ALL OF THE PAPERWORK RIGHT AND WENT ON VACATION FOR 10 DAYS AND WHEN WE GOT BACK THERE WAS A LETTER FROM SATURN WAITING FOR US.

        THERE WAS A RECALL ON THE VAN, THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH THE ENGINE. I HAD TO MAKE YET ANOTHER TRIP BACK TO THE DEALERSHIP TO HAVE THE PROBLEM FIXED AS WELL AS SOME OTHER THINGS WE FOUND WRONG WITH THE VAN. WE HAD A 9AM APPOINTMENT FOR THE REPAIRS. THEY DID NOT GET TO MY VAN UNTIL 9:45AM AND EVEN THEN THEY ONLY FIXED THE RECALL PROBLEM.

        WHEN I ASKED

        ABOUT THE OTHER PROBLEMS THEY SAID THEY WOULD GET TO IT WHEN THEY COULD. WE WAITED ANOTHER 45 MINS FOR THEM TO TAKE THE VAN BACK INTO THE SERVICE AREA AND CHECK IT. IT ONLY TOOK THEM 12MIN TO CHECK IT OUT. WHEN I ASKED ABOUT THE PROBLEMS I HAD REPORTED I WAS TOLD THAT WHEN THE TECH CHECKED THE PROBLEMS I LISTED NONE OF THEM HAPPENED TO HIM SO THERE WAS NOTHING THEY WERE GOING TO DO ABOUT THEM.

        AND SAID IF ANY OF THE PROBLEMS HAPPENED AGAIN TO BRING IT BACK. I FELT AS IF THEY DIDN\’T CARE ABOUT ME NOW THAT THEY HAD MY MONEY. NOT TO MENTION WE LIVE 1 AND 1/2 HOURS AWAY. I WOULD NOT RECOMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY.

        WHEN YOU SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY FOR SOMETHING SUCH AS A NEW CAR YOU SHOULD GET WHAT YOU PAID FOR.
