  • I sincerely hope that anyone taking the time to watch this piece of garbage will at least make an effort to read Stoker's book too

      I honestly think there should be a law against Hollywood basing a movie off of a classic piece of literature and then making a film that doesn�t resemble the book at all.

      The only thing that even comes close to the book is the back story about an Egyptian Sorceress who is mummified and forgotten. Everything else is an obvious attempt to add action to a story that has very little ...

        It�s an insult to watch Stoker’s book, which was written as a mystery, be turned into a movie that shows plenty of animated mummies (something that never happens in the book), makes minor characters in the book major ones and then takes the time to kill them

        off (even though everyone in the book survives at the end).

        I sincerely hope that anyone taking the time to watch this piece of garbage will at least make an effort to read Stoker’s book too. Just so they can see the great story they missed because of Hollywood.
