Over the past couple of years, episodes of the Simpsons seemed to be weak at best. It seems that, after all the years the show has been on the air, the writers are starting to run out of stories to tell.

      The

last episode I saw of this, Eternal Moonshine of the Simpson Mind, is an exception to this.

This is one of the few episodes on television that is told in flashback form and is successful doing it. Homer wakes up and cant ...

      • remember what happened the night before. But, his hazy memories and conversations with other people around town seems to indicate he caught Marge in an affair and hit her.

As his memory becomes clearer, the episode gets even better and the story

turns out to be funnier than I expected it to be.

I still think this series is on its final years but it’s good to see a refreshing episode every now and then. This is one of the few later Simpsons episodes I would recommend.
